Lynne and I have lived in Brickyard for almost 4 years now! We cannot say enough wonderful things about this great neighborhood and it’s residents! We live in the preserve and have had a great time getting to know many of our neighbors and look forward to meeting many more. We will be hosting the next block party for the preserve so be on the lookout for flyers on that and we will post here as well so anyone can come! Have a fantastic 4th of July!

- Joseph Klosik
- Lynne and Joseph Klosik are a husband and wife team with Keller Williams Realty in Charleston, SC. Lynne grew up in Pawleys Island, SC and attended Univ. of South Carolina. After college, Lynne worked for 3 years as legal assistant/paralegal in Jacksonville, FL and then Charleston. In 2002, Lynne got into the real estate industry where she worked with a local commercial real estate firm for 6 years before moving into residential sales with Keller Williams in 2008. Joseph grew up on Lake Lanier, outside of Atlanta, GA and attended College of Charleston. After college, Joseph was in the maritime industry where he ran private yachts and commercial tour boats. In 2001, he moved back to Atlanta where he joined Keller Williams to start his career in real estate. In 2003, Joseph became the Team Leader for a Keller Williams Market Center in Ormond Beach, FL which lead him back to Charleston as the Team Leader for a Market Center here. In 2011, Lynne and Joseph launched their husband and wife team, Salt Marsh Properties with Keller Williams Realty.
